Nestiq is an online platform that connects property owners and tenants directly, providing verified rental listings with zero brokerage fees. We facilitate communication between parties but do not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any rental transaction.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

4. Listing Accuracy

Property owners who list on Nestiq must ensure that all information provided -- including photos, pricing, amenities, and availability -- is accurate and up to date. Nestiq verifies listings to the best of its ability but does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any listing.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings
• Harass, spam, or abuse other users via chat
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to charge brokerage fees
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Trust Scores

Nestiq assigns trust scores to listers based on response time, listing accuracy, and tenant reviews. These scores are generated algorithmically and are for informational purposes only. Nestiq does not guarantee the trustworthiness of any user.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nestiq is a platform that facilitates connections between property owners and tenants. We are not a party to any rental agreement and are not liable for disputes, damages, losses, or issues arising from transactions between users. Use the platform at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.
